An insanely beautiful and rare 1940s two-piece cotton patio gown by American fashion designer Louella Ballerino. This gem is a peasant style kelly green blouse and skirt set with square neckline, ruffle sleeves, and layers of ruffles on skirt accompanied by woven cotton trim. Material is a crisp medium-weight cotton with little stretch. The skirt has a half back zipper, clasp, and button. The top is button back with clasps.
